At Existence Clinics, we provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes, you may need to request a refund. Here’s our refund policy:
Refund Eligibility
- Clients may be eligible for a refund if they cancel their appointment/session within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at email or phone number.
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Terms
- If the therapy session is cancelled by the therapist, a full refund will be provided.
- If the therapy session is cancelled by the client:
– Within 24 hours of the scheduled session: 50% refund.
– Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund. - Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Certain services or therapy packages may have specific refund policies or restrictions.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel this refund policy at any time as per clinic guidelines.
